"A lot of people are afraid of electricty. I'm not. I grew up on the beautiful west coast of Ireland in a country setting. My dad was a general contractor and so was my uncle, so as a kid, I grew up on job sites.  

 

My uncle decided to come to the US 50 years ago and started a construction business. In 1983, I followed. We worked together for about a year, but then I earned my US electrical qualifications, completed all the trade tests, recieved my electrical license in '85 and started Needham Electric & Construction. 

 

My son Tom Jr. is now a journeyman. As a third-generation in this business, it's just in our blood."                                                          Tom Needham
